I think I figured out the title.

It's called the "Never Ending Dungeon" not because of the length of a dungeon but because every time we find a new dungeon we somehow blow up it up.

Suddenly, Cpt. Johan jumps up and skates to them! He grabs the pair of skates with precise ease, stopping to look at them in detail.
"These be the Skates of Blazing Glory! Created by Master Orington from the forge on top of Death Mountain! He enchanted them with a force of magic!" Cpt. Johan eagerly explains.

Smashy proceeds to whittle a small spade.
"May I ask of who all of you are?" Gragrar says.
"I Smashy. I fireman. Smashy help people with fire." Smashy says.
