Talonis commands his drone to roll forward to scout the area ahead. It replies with an obedient beep and rolls onward, only to fall in a puddle of heavy mud. It beeps in distress, taking
2 damage.
Talonis then takes the mysterious scroll in hand and began to incant the words written on it from pure guesswork.
The scroll glowed a purple color. And so did Talonis, and he found himself yanked across a dimension boundary as the world seemed to spin around him as flashing technicolor swirls ran leagues across his eyes.
He found himself inside a dark stone room with two door ways on each side. The very air of the place was stained with mystery and chaos. He also disappears off the mind link.
Smaug flew into the castle and down into the entrance, eager to see what fun lies inside.
A swarm of bats fly out the entrance as Smaug lands, obscuring his vision a bit. He snorts in annoyance and peers an eye into the corridor only to see a few black figures.
Suddenly, 3 reapers lunge out the entrance and stand before Smaug, their long and razor sharp arms raised in the air.
Maseau attempts to retrieve a better vision, but cannot.
Everyone else prepares to
purge.
