Rillsim considers all those who have been lost in his short time aboard this ship, and how quickly he was able to adapt to it. Perhaps he was not simply a low-rate confessor. Perhaps he was a worthy priest of his goddess.

And perhaps he'd just been damn lucky. He didn't want to chance it. For now, though, the priest had little to do, so he paced the ship, re-centering himself by reading from his holy book, sticking to his favorite passages and stories, primarily, though he did read some of the less pleasant ones that were still conducive to calming thought. Rillsim was curious about what he could do to help his new fellows now, in these relatively still times; they surely would not last, they never seemed to. But now he knew where all those things he Banished went to...the orc shuddered.

A revelatory idea occurred to him as he read, though such a thought would have surely happened sooner in most others' minds. Hadn't they taken on a few new passengers? He should introduce himself!

When he tries to introduce himself, attempt to 'recruit' him in my attempts to improve the ship via traps, surveillance, etc.

(Itroductions)

"Now that we've been introduced, how 'bout you hold that in place while I screw it in place?"

Let's see how useful my mechanical ability is...

Level up PC's whenever they finish an "adventure" or beat a boss?
Go outside the Blazer and test out my new CURSED MACHETE on some wood or stone.

Off the top of my head, here are three possibilities:

-Give each action a base experience gain, and add 20-50 exp to the amount of experience needed to level up everytime they gain a level.

-Give each action a base experience gain, and divide or subtract from it each time someone levels up.

-Your whim and fancy. You feel they deserve it, exp. rewarded.

They all have their cons, though.

For those that don't know, a crab enemy is an inside joke from way back in the thread. If you looked back enough, you would see what happened when someone fucked with it.

Sacking Lidku's character if he doesn't post next turn.
╞═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╡
The Never-Ending Dungeon

Talonis begins to wander throughout the Blazer, looking for things to modify and add as he paces through its metallic halls. Rillsim joins along him with his holy book open in his hand, eyes fixed upon it steadily. Rillsim stares down at the book in silence before closing it and turning to Talonis.
"I don't believe we met. I am Rillsim." he said with a smile.
"And I am Talonis, it is good to meet you." Talonis said, returning the smile.
Rillsim nodded, "Yes, I am a high priest of Asalatasiama, Orc goddess of food." Talonis returned the nod.
"Interesting. How is it, the churches and the such?"
"The high church is beautiful. Constructed millinia ago by ancient Orc priests using her sacred divine magic, it ascends the clouds and is truly a spectacle worth her gaze." he explains, recalling the true elegance of the high church; the round towers and the spiral turrets, the pearl-white stone bricks set upon the facades of the front and the towering metallic portcullis resting hard inside the entrance arch as it is guarded by the goddess's divine shield, forming a bubble of divine magic around the entire structure. Her blessing also allows the island which it is built upon to take flight and not fall to the ground.
"Sounds quite the work." Talonis replied with a nod.
"It truly is. I've... never been there myself, as only the highest of the church's ranks are permitted inside but I have seen pictures and read about it in the holy book." he said before looking down to the holy book, rubbing his hand along it's leather cover which is intricately designed with complex symbols and lines. He glances back up to Talonis.
"Wanna' help me add some improvements to she ship?" Talonis asked with a nod of his muzzle
"Of course." Rillsim replied with an adjustment of his monocle. He followed Talonis as he began to make various adjustments to the ship's piping system before moving onto the turret defense system.

"Now that we've been introduced, how 'bout you hold that in place while I screw it in place?" Talonis said as he precariously held a screwdriver up against a mounted magic-compression turret. Rillsim briefly nodded and firmly held the rounded sheet of metal with his plushy as Talonis screwed it in. The already-perfectly-fine turret now brandishes a crude metal mustache below it's camera, precariously screwed in place. It gains a +1 humor!
The turret looks at Talonis, wiggling it's mustache.

---
John Defoe raised his machete high with his eyes set steady upon the menacing target and bloodlust filling his eyes. The enemy towers above him with claws pointed out, ready to pounce at him any moment. But John swiftly slashed it in the chest with his machete, causing it to go down easy with a slash.
The tree dies.
But John loses 5 HP. The curse appears to sap away John's life everytime he strikes something. Not good.

---
M'ber brings the Trickster Sprite inside the Blazer.
---
Maseau dove into the dark waters, swiftly pulling out Dr. Hexapus a swordfish. The Blue Mage froze it with ease and set it beside some more fish he caught earlier. Maseau dove back in and got a nicely sized octopus, having the Blue Mage freeze it and set it down.
The slime mage continued to catch some small fry, but everything changed suddenly when he felt a clench on his arm.

A crab has appeared.

======

The Blue Mage has leveled up! He is now Lvl. 2.
He has learned 'Ice Surf' and has fully healed.

what a horrible night to have a curse
Midnight approaches.

Where did my action go?

But anyways...
To orbit with our grand ship! Just remember to warn people first.

You didn't post an action for that turn. If you meant to go to shadowy peaks, I thought that you would've wanted everyone to get on first.

"You don't really think this thing can reach orbital velocity, can you?" Scamps asks.
