No I mean you have to quote the previous person to use color, then delete the quote brackets and their text, then you add in your stuff and use the font color list to color your items

Or use a ranged weapon.  According to article CI of the basic rulebook of edition 7 "if a ranged weapon user is on the edge of the map, they do not need to move to attack and do not suffer recoil."
