Hm, I found an equinox fitness gym at 26,33 it raises your strength training skill cap to 67.

Also, I found a wrench which boosts Technical by 8 when wielded, I'll go ahead and drop it off at the safehouse provided we don't already have several.

Yeah, there's a gym right next to the college (i think one or two squares east) where you can increase strength and close combat training cap to 74. It's actually a gym and a boxing gym but they're in the same location.

We've officially got a shitload of construction points so I don't think we need anymore. The storage facility should be up in about 5 hours so please start dumping construction items there instead of converting to CP's.

Wrenches and Hammers are pretty cheap to buy (around $12 i think) so feel free to buy some up and stockpile them at the base for whenever we need them for construction. Also, I think if you equip them in a quickslot, you build safehouse improvements faster.

EDIT: Derp, we have a hardware store one block away from the safehouse. So that's the easiest way for us to pick up any construction mats we need.
