Alright.
Also... My world... it's referencing Limulid.

Already the squirrels fill my skies...

I keep getting errors because they insist on going into other burrows stockpiles. Until I can get any ideas on how to limit them to not going to the other stockpiles Armok is going to make them share.

As they chopped and hauled wood they realized something, they didn't have the resources to split up quite yet. They all one by one headed back to the wagon. "So, you realized you need each other?" Melbil asked smugly. "Just for the first year," Urvad replied for the bunch. " Let's get started then." Melbil replied cheerfully.

Would appreciate there be spaces between dialogue. Makes it easier to read. Just my two cents.

Alright both duly noted. Sorry, I haven't in awhile.

They'll usually be a bit longer but there's not really anything around to happen yet. I'll talk about the tom cat's antics next.

Also I need to work out how trades and sacrifices migrants are going to be spilt up. I think the citadel will get fisherdorfs.

I'm going to name the 3 places so I stop saying "the tower" and such.
Fortress-DeepHaven
Tower-Dwarven Heights
Citadel-Deepbrook Harbor

DeepHaven will need miners.
Dwarven Heights needs carpenter, masons and architects
Deepbrook needs fisherdwarves/fishclea,ners and then masons and carpenters.

That sound right? Of course they'll need everything but these are specifics.

I'll call the embark spot Noble's Folly and house said persons there

Okay, because I hate myself I've modded in something fun.
It's a new giant creature. It rhymes with bagma grab.
However, I shall make it tameable...
As a war animal.
You know, to balance the risks versus the gains.

I plan to add other... Fun things
I just remembered, you need a new world for those things to spawn. Drat.
Also I was going to do an update, but dwarf fortress crashed, so the last three ours of things occuring is down the drain.

Atleast now I have the same number of dwarves I start with, death is so irritating.

The first thought among the settlers was to surround their wood stockpile to protect it. This project took over a week to construct due to the old tom cat playing amongst their feet.
As they set up their next stockpile a call was heard.

"We got some migrants chief." A call went out and the founder gathered round the wagon to greet their new partners.
"Alright now, who's the leader of this bunch?" A dirt covered farmer called out.   "Me, Name's Melbil," She replied. "Of course, a woman, well what kinda operator you gots goin' on 'round here?"

She wanted to point out that Deduk, for that was what her badge said, was a girl but she appeared to have mistaken gender identity. "Well currently were securing our wood supply if that any interest to you." She replied.   "That's not what I mean girl." she snarled. " I mean what's happen'n here? Above ground dorfs? This doesn't make a lick a'  sense.?"

"Actually, We're going to have multiple citystates, we argue a great deal and couldn't decide, once we get going we plan to split into a fortress, a citadel and a tower. We're all pretty sure that we're right so we have to settle it." she replied hastily.

"Of course, just like a woman, can keep a fort together." she barked back. "I guess my will stay here, we haven't seen another settlement for miles."

"Well let me introduce the crew,
"There's me, of course. Then there's Edzul a presser I picked up from a goblin ransacked ruins." Edzul stared out an icy cold glare. "Then there's Ilral, a no good stupid female farmer." She quivered at the mention of her name. "Over here's me 2 rangers, Imush and Lokum." The two of them nodded in turn at their names. "The next three girlies are Reg, Stakud, and Tulon, metal crafter, potash maker and cook. Though I doubt if anything they make is any good."

"Then finally there's my man, Zan, a strong hardworking fella."

Deduk - Farmer
Edzul - Presser
Ilral - Farmer
Imush - Ranger
Lokum - Ranger
Reg - Metalcrafter
Stakud - Potash Maker
Tulon - Cook
Zan - Siege Operator

This is slow going... Really slow going.
Also, I'm thinking of starting a new non-divided one, with a different story line, and many interesting creatures.
