Not drinking anything but beer for the next few days atleast. Two nights ago I got a bit too friendly with Gin&Tonic with some other stuff on the sides. Took me a day to recover but it wasn't that bad, haven't had that much to drink in a long while.

As far as favourite stuff goes, I've grown very fond of this liquor that I can't exactly translate the name of, but it's basicaly the Vodka equivalent made from grapes and mixed with honey. It's pretty fucking sweet, not hard on the stomach or the head and can warm you up nicely if needed :D

I don't drink very often, but when I do I like Goldstrike.

I'm legally not allowed to drink anything above 22 % ABV (except in bars where anything goes), so I'm mostly sticking to beer.

That being said, I would like some suggestions under 22 % that are preferably on the cheaper side. Doesn't really matter what it is as long as it tastes good, although I generally don't like 'fruity' or 'sweet' stuff. That is I haven't drank one described in that manner and that I have liked, which really isn't saying much. (So I'm open to suggestion even on that side of things.)

Does that include mixed drinks?

As long as all components are individually under 22 % ABV it's fine. Otherwise I can't buy them(components).

From bars I can buy anything, but they are not allowed to sell for consumption elsewhere (ie. you can't take the stuff home.)

Man, where do you live? Those are kinda weird alcohol laws. They make sense though if you're at some intermediate age.

So, what is bay12 enjoying this fine evening?
Well, my good sir. Just a few hours ago, I had 4 big-ass mugs of beer and 4 shots of a strong, weird and green mixture which is named 'Schizophrenia' for a reason that I do not wish to discover. With a hot atmosphere (as in temperature, but we all shared lollipops at some point and I was probably the only one who thought it was weird, so yeah), metal music, funny conservations with friends; I didn't realize how high I was until I got home.

Also, that 22% ABV law thing seems a bit extreme. I mean, I'm the one who is living in a fundamentally religious conservative country (which doesn't seem that bad when compared to Middle East) but we have shops around everywhere specialized in alcohol and cigarettes.

Finished off the Old Pulteny last night, time to start on the Glen Grant.  Smells like vanilla and nuts.

Celebrations are in order, it was my last day at my terrible job.  On to bigger and better things.

In Finland. I'm 18 and you must be 20 to buy anything above 22 % ABV from shops.

I'm just sticking with red wine and coke lately. I did last night too, and when the cops pulled me over I had .8 blood alcohol :(

I loves me some Southern Comfort! :D

I haven't had anything to drink for quite a while, though, sadly. I got paid last week, so can afford booze, I just haven't had a chance.
