Hey, anyone who was on the fence about buying this game should make a decision soon if you want to play the beta. According to the devs, the first beta (end of Jan) only has 35 invites left, after that anyone who buys in will be pushed back to the second beta (tentative start date is the end of Feb.)

Also, the guild feature has been pushed live on their website, so if you did get into the beta and want to be in the Mountainhomes guild, send me a PM containing your Topia account name and I will invite you.

Well that's sucks for me I don't have money (Spent it on christmas) So i can't get a beta key but i will probably give support on the forums or something like that.

PokemonRocks85, you need to have bought the game in order to be invited to the guild. I'll keep you on the guild's member list on the Topia forums though, you'll be an honorary member until you can get the game.

Taz, character names are completely separate from account name (which can be different from the Topia forum name if you want). You can make 1 character of each race, and all of them can have a different name.

I originally thought this game would seem kind of empty since it's not very well advertised and stuff, but there are like 400 people with access to the beta. Assuming it'll be one server that's a healthy amount of players.

Assuming even 50 of those 400 people play a lot, they'll each have more than 1 character at a time, plus hirelings. The world certainly will not be empty.

On the second area where information about skills is displayed it does at the very start

Also the amout of skills makes me drool, it looks amazing even more so all the skills about healing someone like surgery, first aid, autopsy, hospices, hospitals, antmoical theory, embalming, stitching, and my favourite stuffing. Nothing beats stuffing your dead friend and having him by your side.... Hmm I might make this into a business.
