So you made it that far you how have you not made it to the unlock it just a sanctum after.
Because I am quite easily distracted, and have the unfortunate habit of restarting games when I come back to them. That's about as far as I've gotten. Never got to the boss after it.
Yep, ketos's main gimmick is sleep and I think ice damage (Not sure if that's what ocean rave counts as), so if you put on a sleep resist band and have a full party heal or at least line heal, he's pretty much harmless. The midboss of the next stratum makes up for that though, oooooohhhh man.
That's... really not helping :/
Game's already harder than X7-Savato.
Well, not exactly hard, but tedious to get the farmers up to a decent level.
Well, I suppose saying it was harder, strictly was kind've a lie, as it just does things differently.
More specifically it focuses more on single target damage and I believe both of the trouble attacks are elemental, so elemental guards should help mitigate them, if you can keep them from one shotting your dudes, you should be fine. On top of it, a lot of people have had a lot of success with head binding the Deep Lady (one half of the two), as that apparently prevents her elemental attack, and arm binding the Deep One, to mitigate damage, then killing the deep lady. I personally had a lot of trouble with them as the last time I fought them I was still unaware of how amazing binds were, and honestly kinda tried to brute force them, which is never a good idea. Your experience may differ.
Annnd as far as grinding, you should be good to take on pasaran's on the first and perhaps second stratum. THey spawn every 14 days, and are gold FOE marks on the maps. They're basically metal slimes in that you have to kill them in a few turns, lest they explode or run away, but give a pretty sizable chunk of exp, the first stratum one gives 5k exp, second gives 15k, third gives 45k etc.
Some advice for dealing with them specifically is
here. It gets kinda min max-ey so basically the gist for early parasan grinding is high speed, bind their head and legs so they can't explode or escape respectively. I think they hit fairly hard even without explosion, but it's not like, red FOE levels of damage. Or even normal FOE levels of damage I don't think.
Catching the little buggers is tricky as they can go through walls, but they do have a pre defined pattern, so that helps.
