As someone who's written with my right hand for 10 years, and my left hand for three months, I think I can say you're wrong about that.

It takes a bit more then that. It can take years upon years.

Mind you I believe the mind only has that ability incase it ever lost an arm.

Mind you, that is a convincing case. I may need to look into it.

Also, I have to say that it is harder to focus when you're using your non-dominant hand.  Not entirely sure why, but I've noticed that

I am pretty much always holding an unsharpened pencil because doing so helps me think. I've met one other person who does this, and he was very surprised when I instantly guessed exactly why he was looking for an unsharpened pencil.

I'm left-handed, and I always draw it from the center. It's easy, sorta like an outward spiral.

You on the other hand obviously had none of those write 20 'S's in a minute competitions when you were learning to write, as your way takes two strokes of the pen instead of one, which would take much longer. You rebel you!

Yes but, someone pointed out earlier that this will likely attract left-handers more than right-handers (I know it did for me)

An easy way to tell which ear is dominant is to think about how you would listen to something on the other side of a wall, or inside a box. Whichever ear you would put up to the box or wall is usually your dominant one.

I'm neither eye dominant, or more percisely they seem to change places whenever it's inconvient for me. Really quite annoying, although I've been tending to use my right eye, just for ergonomic's sake for really important things, often times with an eyepatch for good measure.
