Actually, going by the raws elves have as equal a chance of having white hair as they do pumpkin, in addition to several other colors besides.  Although personally I do kind of like the new hair color of the sprites a bit better...

When I want to play as elves, I just swap the dwarves and elves in their respective entity entries. My rock delving, gem and metal loving, pickwielding elves treat those short, dirty, bearded hippies just a poorly as they deserve. It's fun to reverse the roles.

I was looking through the graphics text, and I don't think all the sprites are set up to be used. If the graphics text has been updated, I don't think it has been updated on this page:

Can you be more specific? Some of the farming jobs share the same sprite, especially the less used ones.

I don't think the gaurd tiles are used. There might have been a few others that weren't used, either. For instance, I can't see the 0:11 tile (one of the elite troops) associated with any profession. Right now, the law enforcement and standard military share the same tileset as well, which explains why some tiles aren't employed.

For REAL bonus points you are only allowed to use wooden weapons and armours made from wood, you aren't allowed to chop down trees, you aren't allowed to farm, and while you can kill things through creative means and build with their bones, outside of sentients you are not allowed to hunt or butcher anything (traps is fine though).

Feel free to mod the raws to let you butcher sentients though. We all know they do it.
