Wrong lever. The lever that controlled the bridge was this one.

I must make a note to buy some cats from traders at the next opportunity and see if I can chain up a breeding pair someplace clean. Having kittens wandering the hallways will be a good way of identifying patches of paralytic poison that still need to be taken care of.

I bet that it will last until 1 turn after i become overseer again.

I have not had a fort die under my command for a good six or seven months now (not counting forts i got bored with and flooded with water, just cause. Or forts i got bored with and restarted), and i don't plan on starting now!

Overseer's Journals have been updated, also the SAVE has been posted in it's own link.

This could be fun.  Could I be added to the overseer list?  Also dwarf me.  As the vampire, if he isn't already taken.  "Joe" or "Jodie" if he's a she.  Or any dwarf would be okay.  A cook?  "Eat at Joe's"?
