Srry guys vacation was more time consuming than expected.

I literally just got back home.

Noone told me we would be leaving town.

I understand that you had to skip me; if you wish I an upload the save that I have now. Although, I expect that if we go back to the previous save it will go better without flood-induced fps destruction.

Rendell's guy is an idiot......
No matter what i did, he wouldnt move, he had no injuries, so he stayed in the pit and starved to death.....
I tried kmoving him around the pit, i tried stationing him outside
HE WOULDNT MOVE
So he just stood their waiting for death to take him



EDIT: GRRRR THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!
RESTART TO SAVE HIM OR NO???

SPRING

Welcome to MirroredFreezes, the warmest place this side of the ocean. I was granted position of Overseer by surprise, and told that I might be able to even save the fortress from threats. I took the bait.

When I had been sleeping I had a nightmare about dwarves drowning inside their meeting halls because of water pressure and malfunctioning wells. In fear of this happening anytime soon, I rebuild the well at a safer location, and turned off the screw pump.

Former Overseer Rendell has died, he was trapped on the other side of a locked door inside of the arena while malicious dwarves in the meeting hall just stared laughed and pointed.... I thought I was malicious......
The death of Rendell has touched my heart and inspired me to build a tomb for myself, in case the fort succumbs to a goblin invasion.
