You grab your phone and call Mr. T. You get an answer. "What's up?"
The captain says: "Is now the time to call Mr. T?"
You don't talk to him and give him your baby meat.
"What the fuck is this?"
"Err, Steak."
"I'll eat anything at this point...."
He chows down on the baby meat. You feel like you have just lost the best meal of your life.

Inventory: Large piece of metal and phone.

Heat the metal, remove bandages and BURN THE WOUND. Then re bandage.

I think you are supposed to either clean or burn a removed limb.

"Are you another one of those idiots? Goodbye." Mr. T says, hanging up.

You grab your metal and walk over to the fire, heating it up. You then walk over to the captain. "What are you doing?" He says.
You remove his bandage and shove the scorching hot metal up his wound. He screams while calling you many vulgar names.
He soon passes out and you are able to re bandage the wound. You also get your partially eaten baby meat out, which you try out. You feel very relieved.

You look around and find a few sticks, fastening them together with duct tape you found laying around. You duct tape this contraption onto the captain's leg. He'll probably love this when he wakes up.

You also have a baby meat spasm and writh around on the ground, screaming in pleasure. The captain wakes up and finds you doing this and says one word: "REALLY?" then passes out again.
