Anyway...

We played Terraria again last night. I made her a grappling hook to play around with. That, alone, sold her on the game.

Now our house has a bunch of floating platforms above it for her grappling hook shenanigans. It's a friggin' jungle gym :)

I would suggest maybe trying out The Secret World? Its f2p and breaks up the grinding with quests that require you to think.

Sign upto Second Life and get a few troll tools lol.

Nothing like spamming a yiffer sim with 3k flying screaming penis.

Long live Fort Longcat lol.  I was close to them but never actual part of, I was more interested in their scripts n hacks vs the lulz n grief.

Idk if PN is even about now as i not played in ages, mostly use kinggoon if ever hunting for toys n etc etc now.

I know that they are still active. Not sure how active they are but their website has good security. I've been wanting to get into the trolling scene on SL for a while now. Also we should prolly take this conversation to another thread or PM. Its kinda off topic.

It's only f2p after you buy it. So it's not really f2p.

wait what

*looks up*

Oh, one time purchase thingy. That's... a bad idea, isn't it? MMOs tend to get along better with the initial hurdle of money removed, not the later one.

Ask Guild Wars if it's a bad idea. They've been running for years and even have a sequel out now :P

Those pay once games are usually heavily instanced. As, the server doesn't really do anything except run those "lobby" areas and set up teams. Once they start a quest, everyone plays in an instance and I *think* one of the players acts as a game server. So there aren't the same kind of costs as in a regular MMORPG.

Even games like DDO I think instances are server-run instead of player-run, but I'm not sure.
