Best stats for allocation, in order: Strength, Constitution, Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom. Charisma gets the worst roll.

Rick's character will put his best score in Intelligence, other good scores in Dexterity and Wisdom, and his worst three in Charisma, Constitution, and Strength, in descending order. He'll make a gnomish transmuter.
