I'd recommend stick with the posted deadlines for now. Being able to revise your orders before the deadline based on negotiations is one of the key elements of the game.

Maybe try for shorter deadlines next time.

One example from veteran player Richard Sharp's book outlined an awesome double-cross that involved 2 sets of orders in face-to-face play:

1 player was allied to a guy he wanted to double-cross, and he had a "secret ally" who knew the "real" plan. He had his secret ally give the GM a set of written orders for him with the text written "this set of orders supercedes any other set of orders for my country", and he sat down with his other ally, and they wrote down and handed in their orders together. Haha when the true orders were read out by the GM, the backstabbed guy was shitting bricks.

I'm not sure which one we're waiting on now, England or Austria.

I assume England's sent his in, and it's Austria now. But only dhokarena56 knows for sure.

It's alright.
If there was a game where I was the only New Worlder, I'd want consideration applied to me.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Fall 1902

Orders are in. This should have been written earlier but, well, there was an Incident.

And here were the orders:

I have a map, but imgur won't let me upload right now. I'll send out a PM about builds and disbands now, though.
