Perhaps you gave conflicting orders, like building on Vienna WHILE retreating to it, so he changed it to fix that?

It wasn't possible to retreat to Vienna, since Italy had attacked it. You could only retreat to Bohemia, Silesia or Budapest- and you told me A Galicia to Bohemia, which I interpreted as a retreat order.

Edit: oh my god, he's absolutely right about me misbuilding though.. I misdid his order. Let me see if there's not a way to fix that.

In regards to Austria, this is not the end of the world- if he gets those supply centers next turn, he won't have to disband anything. (At most, though, he can only take back Trieste.)

Naive, you are. Everything I say is calculated. And I was never in a alliance with this guy. He thought he could just use me. What he didn't realize, is that I am going to do the same thing to him.
 
Anyway, It dopesn't matter. Now your just someone to be cut apart. I'll be taking the Balkans as it is rightfully mine and joining Europe Proper.
