Character's Name: Adalay Inoue
Character's Race: Human/Elven (Human Dominant)

Character's Appearance: Adalay is a 26 year old, slight woman of 5.4, with a careful, balanced form, and long brunette hair in two bangs, and a simple ponytail that extends almost to her waist. She has almond shaped, deep green eyes extenuated by pencil thin eyelashes. While she is mostly Human, she displays both her canny, graceful body and canted ears like that of an Elf-with visible pride.
She is typically dressed in an inconspicuous fashion of a traveler, with soft leather fingerless-gloves, a long and forest brown hooded cloak and tight slacks, along with a pair of light boots designed to reduce creaks-they can conceal most of her features and make it easier for her to skulk and go unseen, if she wishes to. Interestingly, Ada can reverse her body cloak entirely, from drab forest tone, to a white and grey winter pattern-useful for all seasons. Underneath, she wears a light, inobtrusive armor shirt and a tan, open throated vest with a multitude of small, hidden pockets. She also carries a simple cloth backpack, usually over her left shoulder, filled with various sundries-it's embroidered with a specific geometric pattern known to her fellow agents, and is primarily the way they identify each other. Most of these she made herself.
Short History: Adalay (She prefers Ada, naturally) is (or was) something of a Spy for her home and nation. While Half-Elves are discriminated against in her own lands, there is no compunction against using them for espionage and wetwork. Ada has done both, when called upon...Ada is one of a few cross trained in certain branches of Magic in addition to her cutlery skills with knives, and typically those which aid her line of work. The commoners would refer to her a "Hexenblade".
She recently came to this land to obtain information, very specific information to be used for reasons she long ago stopped bothering to question...and, while she was successful-the information is now, of course, useless-the very nation her people were intending to invade and conquer has been all but seemingly destroyed. Her partner and she were supposed to meet in the capital be different methods, before the journey home...but those plans are certainly in peril.
Cut off from any support, and without clear orders, she's not quite clear what to do. Go home? What if there is no home to return to? And if this Mist hasn't spread there yet...what if it still does?
Or perhaps worst of all. What if her people are the ones responsible? Ada herself in proof that nations keep dark secrets...
