Looks like MSPaint to me. Even if not, it could be done with that program.

So far I've just been using MSPaint. I don't know what anyone else is using.

I've been using photoshop just out of habit. I quit Mspaint sometime back when they started using ribbons.
The only thing I've done that would be hard in mspaint was a couple of animations and you could find some
alternative methods to animate mspaint drawings.

I think that's one of the reasons you fucking win these every time. :P

But, yeah.  I can't imagine using a program that isn't photoshop or illustrator.
Which makes not having a functional Mac of my own kinda suck.  I got one that's really old and needs a new capacitor, but it should already have photoshop and illustrator on it.
