Wendigo watches over the scene, dissapointment clear in his eyes. He turns towards Shades.

"See this chaos? It's the reason teams don't work. Everyone still does his own thing. Same reason I don't trust mercenaries. You said you stopped working for the Diamante because someone else payed more. What happens if they become they highest bidder again?"

"So, what do we do now? I'm bored."

Alan Meer walked down the street. Today had been a pretty quiet day for him as most trouble had been dealt with before he could respond, even then said trouble was mostly . Yep, looked like he would be able to relax this day-

"Attention all units, there's been a- well some sort of fight at the Holy Oak Bar on Umber Street. At least one dead by immolation. Possibility of Super involvement." said the police radio his internals were listening in on.

Alan turned with a growing suspicion to the bar across the street. More specifically the bar's very noticeable neon green sign.

"Oh goddammit"

He walked up to it and opened the door.

"Hello. Who're you?"

[Furtuka]

"Names Alan Meer, perhaps you heard of me? I'm a registered member of the SSX. I just happened to be walking by when I received word about some kind of trouble happening in here?"

[SomeStupidGuy]

"Oh yeah, you're that robot advertising guy. Anyways, a bunch of thugs burst in with a hostage. We took care of them."

[Furtuka]

"And by took care of them you mean?"

"I burned them."

I shot 2 of them. Hawke's the name.

The air in the room began to crackle in the room as Alan began to gather electricity in his hands and extended his tentacles

"Can't have Supers going around killing people when there are other options available. It makes the rest of us look bad."

[OREOSOME]

Hawke falls back as his arm becomes a shotgun, aimed at Alan.
Well, I can't get arrested. Besides, You'd have to deal with Diamante assassins coming for me.

"The Diamante?"

Alan had one of his nodes begin searching for information on Hawke.

"Pointing a weapon at the guy who's considering arresting you is not a very good move. I assume this means you two won't be coming quietly"
