TwentySix gets perks his head up and stretches, yawning loudly and finishing his (quite cold coffee) before looking around, taking in all the chaos of the curb stomp of a battle in.

"Jesus Christo. Fair bit of trouble I just slept through, wasn't it? Strongly leads towards assumptions one and two being correct, especially because I'm not even going to consider doubting zero. Seems that I went and missed introductions, but I'll just play it by ear, hate to see what kinda trouble this bunch would get into without some voice of responsibility around."

"What is this, Kingdom Come?"

"And that, of course, makes me wish that I remembered more of the particular series, because I'm pretty damn sure that I'm not gonna be running around like a Silver ager, after-all. Hopefully I won't eat a bullet or something worse over the course of this particular plot."

He gets off of his bar stool with panache, trotting over to the nearest downed gunman and hoisting up his weapon, clearing, checking, and reloading it with a flourish before regarding the group. "Well then everyone, I'm TwentySix. What are we doing again?"

Nemo exposed his crab claw to TwentySix.

"Call me Nemo."

"Pleasure to meet you, Nemo."

He puts on a mien of a face and shakes Nemo's claw, hoping that he doesn't get his hand crushed in the process, machine pistol held loosely in his off hand.

"Certainly a mean line of thoughts to go down, but how dickish would it be for me to put on a pair of gloves? I mean, certainly not his fault, but I worry that I'll do something stupid and dishonorable when dealing with someone not quite human. Not that there's anything wrong with it of course, but involuntary reactions are involuntary reactions. Hmmmm. Best course will be to find a proper excuse before I pull on my gloves, then. Probably having to grab something hot, I'd imagine. Yay for properly placed pyromaniacial types. Wait. That's not quite right. *I'm* pyromaniacal. Pyromaniac-kenetical? Let's go with that. I do hope that this jacket's still fire resistance. Been a long time since I last got hit by a flamethrower, after-all"

Nemo takes care not to crush his hand.

"Don't worry, I don't bite."

His face is still hidden by a hat, sunglasses and a scarf.

She smiles to TwentySix.

"I am Solarfrost. Nice to meet you."

He faces the rest of the group to perform a low, sweeping bow.

" . . . What a crew"



"So, anyone care to give  a convenient plot summary? Not that I slept through everything or anything. Not at all."

"Uh, okay. We were getting drunk, bad guys showed up and got burnt by some insane chick. We might be making a team or something. I think that about sums it up."

"You killed some unconscious guys. For next to no reason."

"And we did do something apart from watch her burn things."

"Okay, so I skimmed over some bits. Why don't you tell it, then?"

"They were criminals. They shot to kill. I burned to kill."
