Just going to note: this city isn't populated entirely by Supers. In fact, there is only about 14 or so in this fairly large city, that live there. Aside from the Players, of course.

A very dangerous Crime syndicate. Hires supers and stuff, makes them do the usual Crime stuff. Assassination, blackmail, etc.

Seems like the kind of people that would hire Eric. Funny how this started as a superhero and half of us are at least anti-heroes
