The Rampage trait seems out of character for me, but from your description it also sounds so vastly more useful than Control that I kind of feel like I'd be crippling myself to not take it. Control apparently "slows" a leaking mechanic that hasn't been explained. At present I don't know how or why or how quickly I "leak" energy, or whether it's inconvenient to me in terms of energy loss, or inconvenient to everyone around me in terms of them being corrupted. Also, Xyquwtiylb's view of "evil" might be a bit different than that of humans. I'm fairly indifferent to consequences around me, but I wouldn't really call myself "evil." I might destroy a building if it was in the way but I wouldn't blow it up just to laugh at people inside. What counts as evil? Would mind controlling the concierge be evil? The concierge might think so, but from Xyquwtiylb's point of view since his "dayjob" involves manipulating people into giving up their souls so they can spend eternity burning in Hell...in comparison, a little mind control or murder is relatively minor. His goal is not to cause harm, he's just indifferent to it. How much do you care if you step on some ants? What would qualify as an "evil act" to trigger the Rampage effect? Would Rampage have been triggered by his eating binge, since it was the "
sin of Gluttony?"
Not really clear to me how either trait would work.
