Transfer the circle (lift it up and put it down) to the ground with it's current rune, reactivate it, and after seeing what it does, swap the rune with the one I removed earlier and reactivate it again. Try touching the circle while it's active.
After doing that, dig a small hole and scratch B5 in it. Activate it. If enough time remains, tear off some more paper and roll it up into a crude pen, dip it in the ink, and draw B37 on a paper airplane. Throw it and activate it when it passes by someone's head.

10 mana for the circle itself, 3 each for 7 runes, 3*7=21, 21+10=31, SO the dimension cost 31 mana.
I'm starting to form a theory on how we could get 30 runes into this circle, but I don't want to test it yet. I want to see if this ORAGAMI INTERCHANGEABLE CIRCLE idea works first, before I try anything like that.
