Turn your arm into a sword, who needs hands

We've tried that. It just makes a weapon sit within your arm in runic form until you call upon it, then it spawns and the runes disappear. I wanted a hook hand made of fire.

Because technically there is a word for rune location on body
And a body part

Although a tingling sensation if failed could mean a rune

A tingling sensation usually means that specific body part if successful

im wondering how a person with only a single working arm can fight off a full grown man, and protect his throat

Having double the number of arms is no guarantee of being able to strangle someone. Though I admit it didn't seem to hinder him at all.
