We're not going to get much higher than 8-9th level.

If you have a Crusader with reflexive-type damage (deals damage to people who hit you), you've got a good combination going. Lose accuracy like crazy, or lose hp on every attack?

Well, Crusaders all get the Steely Resolve and Furious Counterstrike. Right now I can convert up to 5 points of damage to a +1 to hit and damage. By level 20 that'd be up to 30 damage and +6 to both.

Presumably the forums were down for everyone else, too? ("should be back in a few minutes", my butt...)
Are we still doing a session? I haven't been able to connect with Maptools...

I called the game after 10 minutes of no one showing up, because the forums were down and no one could communicate. I also managed to get myself involved elsewhere in this short amount of time. >____>;;;

Damn. Well, for what it's worth I'm still ready & willing to play board games over the internet.

We should have most people back next week anyway, so I'll be able to move the main plot along much more readily than I would have been able to today.

Eh, I might have worse luck this week, but hey, I am still willing.

And here I thought I was going to be late. I suppose I'll be around next week, then.

Sort-of Hurray! I completely forgot about it. I bought the entire DoW series, expansions and all, on Steam for 10 dollars, so I've been busy...on another note, we have no rogue, as far as I can tell. Should I multiclass?(I can choose a free invisibilty invocation at some point, I believe. Around 5th level of warlock, I think). Also, I think that if we ever run into someone who doesn't want to kill us, I should be spokesman, and Ossir and Lawbringer would be my enforcers. What with my Diplo and their intimidate. Hmmmm...because the 'good cop, bad cop' thing works sometimes in real life, would they be able to use the aid another action with their intimidate checks to improve my Diplo?

Well, we have me. Eosri is a rogue, he has lockpicks and trapfinding and some skill points and reasonable Int and stuff.

As for whether or not you should multiclass, that's kinda up to you, since taking levels in Shadowcaster means I have to focus on combat stuff in order to not get left in the dust, but as with all rogues I do have the basic stuff down. Doors and mundane traps, I can do.

It was traps and doors I was mainly worried about. Although if I took the Eldritch Shado homebrew prestige class...ELDRITCH SNEAKY BLAST!! Ahahahahaaa!

I've never heard of a warlock rogue, but I recall some prestige class somewhere granting the ability to sneak attack with rays. I guess it's up to Willfor.

I was under the impression you could always sneak attack with Ranged Touch Attacks that do hp damage, assuming the target otherwise qualifies for Sneak Attack (i.e. is unaware of you or unable to defend themselves from you). I'm actually counting on it, so that I can be a better Shadowcaster than a hypothetical NPC.
