Why not both?

I'm honestly not seeing the problem here in any way. I'm going to fit the challenges to the entire party as a whole, I'm going to fit the roleplaying to the characters who are playing. I like both throwing the party against interesting challenges, and I like RP heavy sessions. This campaign also has great potential to boost the relative power levels of lesser optimized characters due to the unique finds you'll encounter.

All of the characters who have been posted are accepted, basically, so long as all players agree to a 5 minute time limit on taking turns in combat. So long as every agrees to that, I'm willing to run a large party.

Sure. Also, I'm wondering if I should play a warlock. It'd fit in with our eldritch abomination, and Walk Unseen would let me be invisible. ALL THE TIME. Or I could get something useful. (Rogue+warlock=FUCKYEAH)

Go for it. It will fit the theme of the characters very well, I think.

" Unique Finds"

I like the sound of that.

Anyway, if you guys want me to, I'll pick something a bit less FOR THE EMPEROR-ish. I can almost guarantee it will be more useful in combat, and Infinitely better out of it.

You could just try tweaking the class a bit. It's a decent idea, but a few changes to make it less overspecialized would be good.

Wrex, my take is if it becomes a little too much for the rest of us to have fun, your char can go of somewhere on a one-being crusade or something and you can come back with something less......Pun-Pun(if that's alright)

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Myself, I don't care to much as long as everyone gets what they want out of their characters.  DM will adjust to whatever we give him, and as such we will be forced to adapt after that.  If, after we have gone a couple rounds, we see something that doesn't fit, we focus on changes then.

:( Won't be able to play today at least. Family dinner. They don't want me to 'avoid socializing'. Plus the warlock isn't quite finished.

That's okay, I'll get your character introduced in the next session.
