I just can't believe nothing truly bad has happened yet, although, for an RTD, it does have a high level of people going to NPC's for medical help. usually they either ignore their wounds and kill themselves, or they try to fix themselves.
Kinda balanced out by the quality of the hospital...

Or we could go for the old classic CAVE IN ON THE HOSPITAL that would definitely stop people from healing.

The book can crush skulls, and the coffin grows ever stronger and now that is has a few dead dragons in it, it sends people flying a mile backwards to explode in a pile of gore. Gore which I then place into the coffin,

A cave in would require damaging other parts of the fortress and I doubt Rodge or Loud Whispers would be that stupid (They have survived this long after all.)

Turn 7: Rendevous Gone Wrong
Players
Luthian Nuradil
Ask for directions to a vendor who sells bows.
"Thats fine my good dwarf, a rather stupid vendor sold it to me and it was clearly defective, I'll reclaim my money and perhaps a large piece of his head once I get back to the town."
5) The dwarf, stunned by your humble reaction, stutters for a moment before telling you that nothing is sold in this fortres, you just take what is necessary, not too much.

You tell him that it's quite alright. you ask him if there are any bows available in Spearbreakers. He tells you that dwarves don't often keep bows, but an elven caravan was just slaughtered by the last group of spawn to roll in. their were multiple bowmen among the group. you can still see their wagons on the top of the hill just outside by the raised middle finger. He also compliments your tastefully aranged head bolt.

before you can thank him, he runs off.

Idem Valan
Ask a dwarf where water and the hospital is. And where I can get a proper spear.
6) You ask a dwarf where the hospital is, and, to your surprise, he picks you right up and carries you there. no matter how much you kick and scream, he won't put you down. finally he throws you through a door (yes THROWS you through the door) and you hit the ground rolling, smashing through tables and beds until you hit the opposite wall, stunned.

You stagger to your feet and take stock of yourself. 2) you find multiple scrapes and scratches, but you haven't started bleeding too badly. -10 HP

You find that you have left a trail of destruction through the hospital and the chief medical dwarf is not happy.

Emong Daggerbeard
Enter hospital, report injury, rest.
You enter the hospital, but the chief medical dwarf seems preocupied. You instead report it to a nurse and lay down in a bed for some rest. 1) unfortunately, the bed is quite lumpy and thier no rest to get.

Wropest Abodip
"No gloves... No love... Why'd I even come to this fortress in the first place. Well, I've heard of a hospital here. Maybe they could have use of my powers. I bet that they've never heard of the legendary snow-priest cure for bruises before! To the hospital! To !!SCIENCE!!"
Try to find directions to the hospital, and see if there's any way that I can help out there.
2) you make your beautiful speach and begin marching down the stairs with high knees, but you miss the level and, like the energizer bunny, you just keep going and going and going until you can't go no more. You find that you are now in the magma forges. close enough right?

Ekul Thomoipan
Ask somebody to carry me to the hospital
Do you see how pale and sickly my face is? Please, be a kind soul and escort my frail self to the hospital.
3-2=1) you begin yelling and spewing chunks every where. you scream at every dwarf that comes near you to take you to the hospital, but for some reason, no one seems keen to do so. finally, one dwarf has had enough and begins to yell back at you. he picks you up off the ground and begins tugging you toward a garbage chute.

"By the gods, what is this place!? It's too hot to even breathe in here! If I don't leave soon, I'll be being treated at the hospital, not working in it!"

Go back up the stairs and try to locate the hospital by following the sounds of screaming patients.

Turn 8: The Mugalanch
Players
Idem Valan
Ready spear in self defense.
Dwarf, I was thrown in here. Attack him not me. And a friend of mine has been wounded on the way to the fortress, how much does it cost to get medical treatment?"
2) you take out your spear, but the doctor is having none of that. he slaps you then grabs your spear and throws it off to the side, berating you for threatening him. you start to explain how you destroyed everything, but he doesn't let you. He tells you to clean up the mess or suffer the consequences.

Wropest Abodip
"By the gods, what is this place!? It's too hot to even breathe in here! If I don't leave soon, I'll be being treated at the hospital, not working in it!"
Go back up the stairs and try to locate the hospital by following the sounds of screaming patients.
5) walking back upstairs you notice the hospital this time, entering to see Idem getting yelled at by a medical dwarf. them elves always be gettin themselves into trouble.

Luthian Nuradil
Go to the exit closest to where the caravan is then ask the dwatfs guarding it to escort me, go to the caracan and search it and the bodies.
3) you start searching for an exit, but, being an elf, you end up getting lost in the residential district. every turn you take just leads you to another door-lined hallway. you start opening doors at one point, finding dust covered rooms that seem to have been abandoned for years. You keep your head for awhile, but turn after turn you find hallways after hallways. you never could've concieved that Spearbreakers was this big.

then you begin noticing that the mugs piled up next to the doors seem to look alike. look exactly alike in fact.

Emong Daggerbeard
Rest.
Slight Bleeding Healed!
5) you rest. woo. +25 HP

Ekul Thomoipan
Punch the dwarf and try getting away
4-2=2)You struggle, but ultimately you can't shake the grip of the dwarf. finally he reaches the garbage chute and tosses you in. you fall fast and you can see the magma at the bottom. The walls are rushing by quickly.

NPCs
N/a

Environment
1) Splint suddenly notices a lack of mugs in the fortress books. that needs to be filled. he increases production of the precious material. unfortunately, he forgets about the order being on repeat and there is no place to store all the mugs being produces. they start trickling down the central stair at first, but soon its a roar. they rush down the steps with such ferosity that nobody can to anything to stop it. the mugs rush into the hospital, overwhelming the occupants.

Wropest: 4) having just arrived, you brace yourself against the side of the door and the majority of the mugs pass you by.

Idem: 5) you leap to the side as the mugalanch rushes at you, landing under a table. mugs pile up around you and you fear for the Chief med dwarf.

Emong: N/a (auto hit becuase you're resting) 6) though the mugs pile up on top of you, they don't do much damage.

Chief Medical Dwarf: 1) He's not doing so well...
