The drifting pilgrim has traveled far, but not in one direction. It turns out, the direction it has been taking isn't actually a direction; it's more of a large, disoriented circle. If it estimated its travel, however, it would believe it was about five hundred whales away from Oth-Si. If the pilgrim was going straight, that would be correct. Recently, however, it had begun hitting a big mass of walls, and in the first place it wasn't going exactly straight. The drifter went upwards on a vertical vent, and saw that the wall mass was a small island. Not particularly useful. (OOC Note: the island above my claimed ocean floor for comparison)

The pilgrim switched its path yet again.

Oth-Si has developed a basic system for trapping, though it cannot be used yet; the problems are still being fixed. Telatei has no comment on why it's just a small wall of coral weakened enough to be pulled by a small strand of attached kelp with some meat put on it.
In addition, some "art" has been developed by dulling (blasphemy!) jewelry and flattening it on some of the rocks available. An "artist's" rendition of the bait system:

Telatei's note: This artist is blasphemous. Remember to cull.

The Sa'Ari begin converting their yurts and tents into proper structures, in order to have a stable place to live in.

Meanwhile, a Do'Ari man stumbles in to warn the Sa'Ari that the Do'Ari have been decimated by....an unknown threat. The settlement is in fear of this threat, and it is as of yet unknown.

One beings of the Silicoid race named Igneous suggested a system that would make it easier to keep track of the resources they currently have. Although how this system will work is currently unknown to them at the time.

Some reports have coming in to confirm that there is a different light source besides lava on the upper levels of the settlement. This was met with apprehension by majority of the population. Further discussion are being done either to investigate further or not.

In Oth-Si, the trapping emplacements have been placed. All that is left is to educate the hunters in using them. This will allow the zocl to do better things; such as creating tools rather than using just bits of rocks, or weapons for their "militia". The blasphemous artist has gone in hiding. They have also received a message from a "pilgrim", who appears to be a sympathetic wanderer, though they cannot tell the location, and the message makes no sense due to a lack of a written language.

Artist's Depiction: (translated from pictographs to audience language; results may be inaccurate)

There has been a lot of discussion about this strange light lately. Some wanted to send a expedition to go investigate while others want nothing to do with it, fearing that it will bring the dark ages once again. While this continued to be debated, Igneous finally made a breakthrough on what he suggested earlier. It called this system numbers but their was no way to calculate any large sums making it ineffective to keep track of large amount of materials.
