Four of them are complaining about the lack of religion in the camp, and suggests creating an altar for sacrifices.

Sacrifice the most vocal of the four, and pass out his meat to everyone else.

Solves two problems at once.

Can goblins eat plants?

Have the oldest person in camp appointed High Priest(ess) Have the High Priest(ess) choose an assistant; the two of them create and consecrate a worship area.
Eight others hunt.
If possible, five others gather plants and try to farm; if that doesn't help foodwise, they'll gather stone.
Five more gather materials for and make...bow(s) if possible, spears if not.

Beng becomes the High Priest, and as his first action amends his name to Beng The Great, High Priest to Garthon. He chooses Kunezd as his assistant, and changes his name to Kunezd The Holy, Assistant to the High Priest.
The eight hunters bring back a lot of food. A total of 26, enough to feed everyone with some to spare!
The five looking for plants find nothing they know to be edible. They find two rocks, however.
The ones trying to build bows fail miserably. However, they do manage to make a spear to replace the one broken by the boar last month.
The High Priest approaches you with plans for a temple. It's a major project, and will take quite a while to complete.
It has started raining. Hard. The river is lapping at it's banks. It appears the wet season has begun.
The wounded man pulls out of it, but is still unable to do any work. He should be better in a month or so.

The wounded man will act as a homekeeper and midhusband.

Send off five hunters with spears, two with clubs, and two with axes.

Have three turn the rocks into axe-heads.

Three will help Beng and Kunezed make the temple.

One will try to make a stronger bowstring, maybe from sinew.

The hunters bring home just enough rabbits to feed the camp. The stockpile levels do not change.
One of the rocks is broken beyond repair, but the other is easily turned into an axe-head.
The temple is progressing rather slowly, and only has an altar at the moment. Beng, High Priest to Garthon, says he envisions a tall structure covered in leaves. He also begins bugging you for sacrifices. During the work, he wore out one of the axes.
The one trying to make a bow string makes a discovery! There are vines in the forest that are much more stretchy than the others. However, if they are split open, the sap in them strengthens bark strands and makes a good string! The vines may be helpful as well.
The wounded man is back to work.
As you look over the camp, goblins run from the edge of the river, calling out a warning! It appears the river has broken it's banks, and water is rushing towards the buildings!
FLOOD!
Everyone runs for the trees, grabbing things as they go. During the chaos, a baby is dropped. A male goblins runs after it, but the wreckage of one of the Lean-Tos takes his feet out from under him. Him, the baby, and the Lean-To are swept away, leaving a grieving mother and wrecked camp behind. A few hours later, it stops raining. The wet season is over, but gloom hangs over the camp. Stock is taken, and the list of destroyed and lost items is thankfully short. The only things missing other than the two goblins and the Lean-To are a spear and half the remaining food.
The baby is born without incident, but hours from it's birth it becomes clear that something has happened. It dies in the early morning, an even darker omen for the days ahead. The High Priest suggests sacrificing the body to appease the gods, who are clearly angry.

Sacrifice the baby.
Move to higher ground.
Have the guy who discovered the bowstring thing make a few bows.
Send out six hunters.
Have Beng gather the holiest leaves he can find as Kunezd and four others work on the temple.
Everyone else builds lean-tos or huts at the higher-ground location.

The baby is sacrificed in a bloody ritual that takes several days. The priests both thank you, and they say the gods are pleased for now.
You find a spot slightly higher. It looks untouched from the flood, so you decide to move to there.
The bowmaker manages to make a bow.
The six hunters bring back 18 meat from rabbits and 6 meat from a panther.
The temple builders make some progress, but it's not much.
The builders try to build huts, but discover that the axes are all being used by the temple builders. They manage to move two of the Lean-Tos to the higher ground.

Have five people work on moving the lean-tos to higher ground.
Have six people hunt some more.
Have five people help out with the temple, including Beng and Kunezd.
Have two people look for stone.
Have the bowyer make arrows.

The rest of the Lean-To's are moved to higher ground.
The hunters are successful, bringing back several rabbits and a boar. One of your men is attacked by the same bear as the last few times! It swipes at him, but he stabs it through the heart! It takes three goblins to drag it back to camp. A total of 27 food is brought back, even though the High Priest takes half of the bear to sacrifice.
The temple is coming along very well, and a massive tree has been felled for it. Both axes are now so worn that the heads need replacing.
The rock finders find 2 large rocks.
The bowyer makes an arrow. It's pretty crappy, honestly. He tries several more types of wood then tells you that he's working out some kinks.

Have the Bearslayer make a cloak for himself from the bear's skin.
Have the crappy first arrow memorialized along with the bear skull on a a rock which will store our historical artifacts until we get a museum.
Have the bowyer and the temple-builders keep up their work.
Have two people make axe-heads and two more find rocks.
Have five hunt.
Have two join the temple-building.

The Bearslayer makes a glorious cloak.
A large flat boulder is dragged from near the river to serve as a display rock. The bear skull and arrow are wonderful display items.
The bowyer still seems to be stuck on arrows. He seems pissed.
One of the rocks is broken, and the other is made into a good axe head. Three more rocks are found.
The hunters bring back a lot of food, and they report that the berries have grown back! A total of 22 food is recovered.
The temple building is about half done, and the High Priest is happy.

Have the Bearslayer replace one of the hunters, who goes on to make an axe or a few. Other than that, no change.

It is the anniversary of you arriving here! All the goblins celebrate!
Back to work, now.
The bowyer is totally stumped. Nothing is working!
Not much progress is made on the temple, and the High Priest is mildly annoyed.
One axe head is made, the other two rocks are broken. Two more rocks are found.
The hunting trip brings back almost nothing, only barely managing to feed everyone.
Something is spotted coming towards you from the same direction you came from. It is revealed to be a group of settlers. They have supplies, and there are 27 of them. They ask to join your camp.

Let them in.

A dozen hunt.
Four look for rocks, three make arrowheads.
The bowyer may choose an assistant from the new arrivals to help the problems he's having.
Ten make new lean-tos.
The rest work on the temple!
