     -Religiously appointed leader of this expedition by the elders, who promised it would find a land of riches. The tribe he comes from is traditionally nomadic, travelling from island to island and living of the land. As such, they are very poor farmers. Unfortunately, only one of their canoes survived the landing on the beach, and as such they'll have to make do with what they can.

Large canoe : 5 (You didn't finish the sentence about upgrading the starting canoe. As such, I assumed the price was 5, since a new one costed 15)

After rereading Guns, Germs, and Steel, I decided to let everyone have knowledge of building large huts. I didn't put it in the OP yet, because A. it seems like something that would come later than the bare-bones beginnings, and B. I forgot while typing that infodump.
I could, however, let you spend a point on a design for an even bigger hut. Not that you're likely to need it, but still.

Guninanrunin, you're five points under (you can get more). mesor, your math's off but the points add up perfectly. Caerwyn, you're good. 10ebbor10, looks good. TopHat, looks good. Nerjin, should work. LordSlowpoke, as noted you have three or four points left. McDreich, looks good. I think that's everyone; once Gun and Slowpoke fix their issues we'll be able to start...

Oh, and before I forget: It was pointed out to me that I skimmed over a mistake some of you made. Those skill costs for higher levels of skills are cumulative. Competent level costs a total of 3 points (unless improving on a free skill), and Good costs a total of 6.
TopHat, Nerjin, LordSlowpoke, McDreich, and 10ebbor10 all made this mistake. Please correct it.

There's another "error" you made. By taking 3 incompetencies (Like dodging, fighting and farming for example) you get +1 point for every adult you take with you.

Everything, bar stoneworking, was upgrading from default skills. But I'll double check my numbers the now.

(Edit: Double checked, it looks like I followed the cumulative effect to the letter, but I'm probably missing something as a result. Sorry to ask if you could check it over for me and point out my mistakes. I could word it to show where I'm upgrading from a default skill if that helps, though it is all of them barring the stoneworking.

-Also, Ebbor, to get 4 good fishermen from novice, you'd have to +2 to get to competancy then +3 to get to good. That's 5 per person, or 20 for 4. As far as I understand it, anyway. The other option is instead of good, you make 'em competant and then talented in that field, so instead of 5 pts per person, it's 4.5 for the same effect and greater long term benefit. If I coulda afforded it, I was going to talent 'em rather than good 'em.-
