Wow, you guys always amaze me with your swiftness.

I think we're just waiting on McDreich and Caerwyn, which means I need to update stats tomorrow.

Thanks for answering there, GWG.
Sheesh, I'm a little stumped as to what to do, but here we go:

Orders:
Alek and Farrah move equipment, canoe and resources inland to the forest.
Matta, Joso, Oma and Oba build a large makeshift shelter with wood, not bothering with roof's (the forest canopy will mitigate most of the rain.) Focus will be on a decent protection against the wind in the direction of the storm.

Chih and Yumi help out with the makeshift shelter.
Aki and Sae collect medicinal herbs.
Iliath guides and chickens to the makeshift shelters, and helps out where she can with the shelterbuilding.
Cera explores the cliff for a cave.

The children quickly dig with their hands to bury the tools and shells/points/grass and reeds.

If no cave is found:
When noon hits, the women and children huddle into however much the walls have been built, keeping warm. They also hold the chickens and have the resources/tools inbetween them and the wall to prevent any getting lost.
The men continue until the shelter does not need anymore work, before joining in to wait out the storm.

If a cave is found:
All work is stopped (except digging and putting the tools away. The adults quickly takeover to finish that job quicker). canoe and resources not buried are transporting by everyone to the cave. Iliath guides the chickens, Aki and Sae the kids.
Once inside, they light a fire and wait out the storm.

It'd be nice to find a cave... :P Also, Caerwyn has done his turn.

Five Men will construct quick and temporary cover out of wood and reeds! Make sure everything is weighed down by rocks, we need shelter!
One Man will gather water!
Five Women will gather food!
One Woman will watch the children!
All Children will try and help with moving the supplies and etc needed for shelter!

Also Nerjin is the coolest and in no way added this unbolded bit. Nope. No chance.

Specifically he said that.

Just finished updating the tribes' statuses. I refuse to provide a deadline for the turn, but although I won't be around much tomorrow I should have time Sunday.

Should. Not a deadline, right?

-----

In the meantime, feel free to name some of the species endemic to your isles. I'd be interested to see what you name them. Maybe confused, but that's a price I'm willing to pay.

I have named the important ones. More to come later. Let it be known that my names are the best forever.

I name the chickens... chickens.

Also, you put my axe and spear in the resources spoiler, not the tools spoiler.

Y-Y-you! Clever bastard! Okay fine... I have the 2nd and 3rd best names. I can't compete with H.P. Lovecraft over here.

My chickens shall be named Aglets.

This last turn alone, Maya's people found a flying reptile, Maya himself found an odd critter, and lots of people found variations on real animals that could easily be named something interesting. Real-world toads and spiders have diverse names, after all.

I'm trying to use the KISS concept. If we all start naming our chickens different names, GWG will have to take longer doing the turns as he figures out what the heck Aglets are, and why they seem to act similar to Cluckas* from the Narra tribe... and what the heck THEY are. :P

Tho, I do like the name Aglets. Better than cupcakes, that's for sure. That just makes me want to eat cake, not think of meat like what I WANT to think.

*Yes, I'd probably name a chicken a Clucka. I have no idea why my tribe seems to do alot of duo-syllabic end-with-a a names, but maybe that's part of their language... Though, I hope we all speak the same language, or else, it's going to be PRETTY awkward when we start meeting each other. :P

An easy way to avert that little problem is for him to put Wild *Cupcake* (10% Tame) Etc. Etc. {T-Rex}

Where it goes: Tameness *Given Name* (Only during Taming Process) {Actual Animal}

As evidenced by when 10ebbor10 met GUNINANRUNIN, you all speak the same language. Well, maybe not Abraham Washington and co, but you should be able to understand each other okay.
