pills might be a trap, carry the pills but do not use them until verified they really are your anxiety meds or you begin to lose functionality due to fear.
graffit is unimportant, and a typo. ignore it.

objective A: dont die.
objective B: locate source of hostile influence and burn it.
objective C: escape imprisonment.

immediate action:
acquire pills, do not use, search asylum for flammable liquid

stun gun can start fire if necessary, just need something easy to light, for example: alcohol
