On second thought, it might just be some very basic thoughts/memories that he might pick up on. Also, I'd like to note that Aaron still thinks he's a 100% Normal Human. Even more awkwardness than what normally would happen will occur if he spills a woman's blood. (Spoiler alert: he goes all feeding frenzy and drinks the blood up, and becomes that woman, albeit temporalily.)
