A winged, harpy-like mutant crashes through a window nearby room 413. More start breaking into the various windows, one even making it into 413. Floor 10 is being overrun.

Allie continues shoving desks out even as the Harpies fly into the office skyscraper, eventually clearing out enough of the infected to jump down and run across the street.

Allie makes it into the first floor of the building and slumps agianst the doors to massage her feet. That was an uncomfortable jump.
She gets to putting a bunch of chairs and desks in front of the door before making the 10 story climb.

She lifts her head, before packing up her laptop. Then she goes to the window, and slides out, climbing down as her spikes keep her from falling down entirely. This has the side effect of leaving several holes in the side of the building.
