Yes, we shall rule over all the southern continent, so long as Mesor doesn't go to war with us.  We'd be kinda screwed then.

I think all the colony pods have radios. They might be out of range all the way down there however.

What on earth are you talking about, we are totally planning on getting a strong military ally so we're protected in our future expansionist land grabs.  Also, we may be great supplier of weapons of a... specific class...
Maybe the three of us can gang up to control that archipelago and the unoccupied continent to the north, that way we can have a very steady supply of wood and bush meat, along with tonnes of options for military ports.

We have a radio, and we are contacting you.  Also, a pure fusion nuke is actually rather clean, very little of the radiation released is in the form of long term radioactive isotopes, it's almost entirely gamma radiation and neutrons.  Hence why you might like them, especially on a tactical scale.

I'm moving my Radios onto a boat so I can transmit from out at sea without letting you all know ICly where I am located. I'll be transmitting soon enough.

Wouldn't a ship have a radio already for you to be able to contact your own people? This is in the future and ships have radios capable of thousands of miles now. So your ship should already have a radio.

Plus if the signal reached your colony it would of reached the ship as well.

For people to triangulate the signal they would have to have two radios that are rather distant from each other, since none of us have that, yet, the only people you'd need to worry about doing that would be us southern hemisphereians, since we seem to be all nice and chummy.  Come to think of it, you may want to move that radio faster.

Pretty sure I could do it if I really wanted to since I can just load one onto a chopper and move it away from my town.

Well then, that solves that problem, now you and your future allies can know where that blasted ship is at all times.

From the sounds of things these pods are pretty damn big, so I think there might be some trouble involved in doing that.
