Yes, that could be seen through a vid screen. Oh, and I automatically hit. "I'm gonna fire this lascannon that I have no training in at him. Ooh, I still hit." Which is 5d10+10 damage.

...Never? You're not a Pariah, so you're never going to be trained by the Culexus Temple, so to get one, you'd have to kill a Culexus Assassin, and that is not only treason and heresy, but it'd be damned hard to do. AND the moment you do so, you'll have an Execution Team sent out to remove you.

Don't need to be a pariah to use it, an untouchable could use it as well it'd just be a little weaker since my aura is weaker.
But I'm hoping I can acquire one somehow because it would make my character totally awesome and able to kill just about anything with 1 shot.
Especially Daemons and psykers.

Maybe I can get the inquisition to get me one or something later into the game.
