Ballistic is just shooting of any kind, SP is a kind of weapon (the kind that allows enemy to outsmart boolet). Common Lore will just allow me to infodump on things that the character might not know about (you can pester me anytime). Awareness (Perception), Survival (Intelligence).
Having drive removes the -20 penalty to things that need testing (evading gunfire, regaining control, ramming, drinking and driving, drinking while driving etc.) and +10 gives an innate bonus to those actions (i.e. Test Ag+10 to not kill everyone while texting and driving).
