The video quality is pretty horrible. I recommend you use the free version of FRAPS instead of Hypercam. Also you can link webpages directly using the 'Insert Hyperlink' option when posting.

E: that sounded kind of harsh, but it really does hurt my eyes. Anyway, neat diamond-shaped entrance thing, and your choice of bringing pigs is fairly interesting.

Apologies, I can understand why one would want a new quality. I will get fraps immediately!

Work to a script.  There's nothing more annoying than badly ad-libbed voiceovers.  Try imagining that the audience isn't your Mom, and wants you to get on with it.  Also 240p quality sucks, we've all got massive monitors and enormous bandwidth (or at least know how to JDownload a YouTube vid), post 480 at least and higher if you expect people to read the screen.

Would like to give some positive feedback but due to the above gave up after a minute.  One twelfth of the video and no useful content, just "Dwaaaarf Foooooortress giggle giggle giggle giggle mumble mumble more giggling".....sorry.

Well, kudos to you for making a video at all.  That being said I agree with the previous poster.  You need a script.  Your commentary was a somewhat hyperactive stream-of-consciousness style which, frankly, is extremely distracting.  And yeah, bad video quality.

My main criticism, however, is that you aren't adequately explaining the actions you are taking or the choices you are making (if you explained them at all). 

Ask yourself what you are trying to achieve with the video.  If the purpose is to give a visual, step by step overview of the early stages of a fort, then improvement is needed.

Just my .02.
