well here she is in the tiny little window room right off the hospital. It's like that room from 'I am Legend' in the lab. I think I may bucket brigade a little swimming pool for her.

So since she's babbling will she never try to eat or attack your dwarfs even if she wasn't behind glass? Do you think her speed will eventually suffer? Now every fort is going to want a babbling vampire.

Not that children dwarves care about being naked, but I don't think a nude psycho running around is exactly kid friendly...

On the contrary, they go insane when naked but don't mind nude psychos.
