Name: Heinrich Nova
Appereance:Heinrich is a younger man, sharp features, Caucasian, moderately strong-looking and somewhat tall. Despite advancements in technology, Heinrich still wears a vintage, old-timey military uniform every where he goes, complete with a high collar, several braids of yellow rope from one shoulder, around his chest and back again. A many medals of dubious authority and meaning sit on his chest. Large, golden colored brush-looking epaulettes sit on his shoulders, and the main clothing articles of the uniform are all a deep shade of blue with the slightest tint of purple. His tall riding boots, black as midnight and well shined, hit him about three quarters the way up his shin. All in all, he cuts the figure of a dapper, military man.
Bio: Heinrich was a nobody from an even less influential branch of an already barely noticeable noble family. (OOC: Influence minnow at the start, right?) he made his way in the world writing books about war and commanding meager commissions from the Empire with great success, and his fame as a martinet and strict disciplinarian began to accrue there. Upon the total collapse, he went into a hermit-like state of theorizing about war, with only a grand strategy war-room style shuffleboard and his soldier figurines to keep him company. He has since emerged and is setting foot on Si'Kar for the first time in years.
Starting System: Soma (doesn't that have Si'Kar in it?)
