Damnable alarm apps
« on: November 12, 2012, 07:29:12 am »

So after oversleeping again, I've decided to ask you guys if you know whats wrong.

I'm using IHandy's Alarm Clock Pro on my HTC One S. I find it pretty good except for one thing - if I snooze an alarm for one second more than half an hour, the alarm won't ring again. For example this morning I set my alarm for 10am, and it had a 10 minute snooze time, so I snoozed 3 times, but after that the time showed 10:31 so the alarm refused to go off, making me oversleep my meeting (which i was up til 7 preparing). If the alarm is set to 5 minutes I'll get 6 ring events, but then it'll stop after half an hour.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this other than changing my liking for long snooze times?

Set multiple alarms.  0700 and 0730, 0800 and 0830m, etc.  Or get creative and set it 35 minutes apart or 3 minutes apart.  Or 27.  You get the drift.
