I was being sarcastic, they are indeed stolen from Liberty Prime. (:

One of Grimnir's speeches is also taken from Andrew Ryan in Bioshock.

Half-asleep you totter towards a bed and you see a poster on the wall.
"Don't Break Our Backs!"
The picture has a picture of the Mountainhome king bent over being used as a footstool by a fat human laughing and smoking a pipe.
The next picture has a Blackdiamond shooting the pipe clean out of the mouth of the human.

You develop a tad distaste for humans and the Crown. The Blackdiamond grows a little more impressive in your mind.

Tirion's Personal Log

Entry 16

Leaflets and posters appeared in Hammerscar. Drawn crudely on vellums, rags, spare cloth. Lacking skilled engraver, or not wanting to leave permanent tracks? Posters have simple messages, optimal if aimed at uneducated masses. Goal obvious: increase Blackdiamonds popularity. Linking Blackdiamonds to fortress's future excessive, but very effective. Popularity among population at an all-time high. Unlikely to get lower without fortress-ending failure, no point in that. Best course of action probably coexistence, subtle taming of radicals. Brewster should not be underestimated, obviously intelligent, actively educating himself in politics. Might become more reasonable that way, actually, learning the importance of cooperation. Or pragmatism, at least- let humans live, maybe even elves, build trade relations, have multiple backup plans if Mountainhome enforces trade embargo.
Could also hope he marries, has children. Family could be stabilizing influence.

Just thought I'd like it to be known that since Skyfire wants to be a loyalist crossbowman, and I just got a proficient marksman to dorf him as, maybe I could RP a troop of Crown marksdwarves who will troop into Hammerscar, under some excuse of being reinforcements, but are really here to help influence the leadership of Hammerscar. Does anyone have any thoughts at contributing to this? And Skyfire, what's the name of this squad you'd like it to be?

The Crown marksdwarves will be a trio, since three are all that came along. One of them is Gavakis' mother, too. I can just imagine:

'Gavakis Kivish Fikoduker! You stop supporting the Blackdiamond this very instant and go to your room!' *Gavakis takes the Wraiths and leaves the armed standoff*

Nice idea! Umm, Let's call it Skyfire brigade.
Well, with Gavakis's mother on our side, Does that
mean the Wraiths are on the Crown's side now?

That sure sounds a tad nonsensical... I'm not quite sure if I should ignore it or let it be a plot point.

Hm, I guess it'll be mentioned. But I doubt it'll significantly affect things.

It'll significantly slow down the plot if the Crown wins. That's, of course, just my opinion.

You stroll to the meeting hall for a party you've heard about and you see a poster on the wall.
"Who's Your Neighbor?"
It pictures a citizen pointing to another dwarf while receiving gold from the Mountainhome king.
The bottom picture is of that other dwarf cuffed in chains in a dungeon.
The end of the poster reads "Inform the Blackdiamond if you suspect Hammerscar's freedom is imperil."

I thought I made it rather clear. Personally I just think Gavakis basing his opinion over an NPC (unless someone wants to be Gavakis' mom -.-) being randomly related to him a bit weird. But hey, that's just what I think. Maybe other people are thinking this is a great RP oppurtunity. I'll shoot Gavakis' a PM and see what his opinion is.
