Maybe I can let Caellath join in, since it's a special case?

((I have contained myself for some hours, but...Yesssssh, please do.))

"Hey steve." You speak into the air.
>Yes?
"Could you guys also make a hamburger out of this arm when they cut it off? I wanted to eat it just for the sake of tasting it."
>That is horrible and disgusting. It will no doubt set you apart and create fear in your team mates. So of course.

I'll weave Caellath into the plot somehow, soon enough. I'll try to roll twice today.

Roll 4

Aldarist secretly activated his rifle's safety, then instructed Gideon where to move. He and Max followed, and Aldarist, enjoying his higher authority, repeatedly poked Gideon in the back with the barrel of the weapon.
At the bar, Gideon continued to plead about food, [4] and finally Aldarist pulled out a metal coin, inserted it into a vending machine in the bar, and pulled out an Omni-Bar for Gideon. He unwrapped it and swallowed it whole.
"Good stuff."

Serris departed from them after this, heading back to his station at the medical bay. He had two patients to inspect for trauma, and would likely have more to do after th next threat was dispatched. He couldn't help but feel this next one was going to be different, though.

--

Captain Wallace stepped off of his platform on the bridge and activated the BlueFang transmitter clipped to his ear.
"Jacob, I need you to take the gunner's sea, the actual gunner is on break."
It projected a fuzzy voice directly into his ear. It cancelled out the noises from the bridge to make it easier to hear.
"Already there, Captain."
"Good, now I want you to fire off two warning shots if they do not respond within ten seconds. I am forwarding the conversation so you can hear it."

One of the doors slid open and three people walked in. Two of them were Aldarist and Max. The third was... not a part of the crew.
Gideon explained his situation to the captain. The captain welcomed him on-board, and told him not to worry about the hull damage. "The company is gaining record profits and we have enough produce stocked for a few weeks. We'll be able to get the deck running again," he had said.
"And you," continued the captain, pointing to Aldarist.
"Do not treat visitors this way. He is not a prisoner, he is an asset in this situation. You are giving Phoenix Engineering a bad name."

He stepped back up to the plate and extended the microphone to mouth level.
"Unidentified vessel, greetings. We are mere explorers and have no hostile intentions."
He counted to five.
"We are armed for our own safetly and will resort to violence only if you continue on your hostile vector."
Wallace had the computer playback his words in a few other known languages.

There was only static.

--

Jacob had his finger on the rail gun's trigger, and had counted to nine, before he heard a old, male voice respond.
"What are we to call you people?"
The captain was responding:
"Our ship is called the PXE Sundawn. We recently jumped from Alpha Centauri."
"So you're from a corporation?" the voice responded. The accent was something new--Jacob had never heard anyone talk like this.
"Phoenix Engineering."
"Sounds good."
"Excuse me? Please disengage."

Jacob counted to ten again. [6] Instead of firing a warning shot, he determined that these people were hostile, since that was the only way to explain how no explorers have actually returned from the system. It made sense now.
Jacob designated the ship as a target, set the fire mode to constant, and pulled the engagement switch.

--

The ship's main turret--a dual-barreled rail gun--fired off twelve rounds in quick succession, jettisoning the now-contorted rails from the back of the weapon. The bullets left the barrel along with a plume of white-hot plasma, twice the length of the ship. In the distance, the projectiles--followed by the ship's camera tracking system and displayed on all of the major viewscreens around the ship's hallways--met with the enemy vessel in the distance, only to disappear in a flash of light before hitting the ship.

--

Suddenly, something breached the hull on Deck 3.

(( Does the ship have any security personnel besides from me and max? ))

Use the ships intercom.
"All security personnel get your gear and meet me on deck 3.

Sigh and nudge max.
"Looks like we might get to shoot something after all

Grab Gideon and push him in front of me.
"Get going you ain't leaving my sight until we have time to deal with this properly so I guess your going with me, I'd suggest you assist us given that moments after you punched a hole in this ship we are under attack which does not look good for you.
So assisting us is a good way to convince the captain not to have me throw you back out that hole.

Oh and 1 more mention about being hungry and Bastard, I'll ram my fist so far down your throat I'll be able to touch the foot I put up your ass.

Head to deck 3.

Oh, it looks like I forgot something. I'll update the post.

@Mesor: There are other guards, but only a few.

Expect four or so. They're not as well trained.

"You have heard your captain didn't you? Being rude to visitors is a bad thing, especially when they come crashing into your ship from outer-space with not ship of their own. But i will gladly help you to purify the ship from this evil. "

Gideon forced himself out of Aldarist's grip and continued to follow him.

"You should stop doing that, unless you want to oppose me. Unlike wizards, i can punch... or should i say rip holes in space as well. So let's stay on friendly terms for now.. ok?"

Said Gideon while stretching his hands and arms.

Follow Mesor and do some stretch exercises along the way.

"The captain is a very trusting man, I on the other hand am not, it's my job to keep the crew of this ship safe so until you have proven that you can be trusted I intend to keep a close eye on you. I would be failing in my assignment if I did not."

"I'll attempt to be more polite then in the spirit of friendship, alas it is not one of my strong point which is probably why it's my job to shoot people and not to make friends.

Oh and sorry about the threat, my old drill sergeant had a rather colorful vocabulary and sadly it rubbed off on me.

Do I have missiles? If yes, ask the navigator if there is a nearby comet or other anomaly nearby.
Also, send the drone to deck 3 for fire-support.

It then travels around the group of guards like a boomerang. It (5) Slits another throat, (Three 6's in a row!) decapitates three more (!), (4) slices open the last guard's arm, and (2) narrowly misses a random bystander. It then flies back into your hand. Holy crap.

All of these are minor actions, so:

Jacob switched off the gunner pod's display, took off his glasses, and left the gunnery pod to where he had left the drone. He quickly activated it and went back to the pod.

[5] The ship is equipped with Hydra MX5 class antimatter missiles.
[3] Jacob messaged the navigator.
Quote from: Gunnery Pod A1
Are there any comets approaching the ship?
Quote from: Bridge
Partial hyperspace phasing is likely to distort our scanner results, but there is one nearby... it's a large one. Are you planning to use it for something?

Jacob began a reply, but he was interrupted by another message from the bridge:
Quote from: Bridge
The comet should hold up to an impact as long as you deplete most of the missile's fuel supply before it hits. It's a bit far away so while it'll be a stretch to hit the enemy ship with it, you should be able to do it if your aim is good enough since the ship isn't changing course. Don't mess up!

"This will be tricky."
Program the missile to travel a long distance around the comet before hitting it with the correct payload.
