Is there any easy way out there to cheat in this game, I know you can use cheat engine but I cant find an easy way to do it. I'd only like to be able to change skills thats all, if someone could direct me to a post were you can mod the skills id be happy or if they could teach me themself's id be very happy.

if you have notepad ++ you can edit the save and change stats skills and other things like the number of crimes some one has done.

How would i go about that ? i have notepad ++ but im just getting a page full of null null ?
