I'm apparently using the unstable version of the starter pack. This is gonna be frustrating, as I can't download the better one. Ah well, quicksave every 5 minutes.

But progress is ongoing! I am collapsing walls and reclaiming parts of the fort.

First time I see DF poetry in community fortress. Surprising.

Otherwise, seems like your regular evil embark labyrinthine succession. Read a lot of those, they all start to blur together.
While it claims to be heavily modded all it seems to amount to is bunch of insane firebreather necromancers sieging?

...I suppose it might be considered good by some that NCommander turn's was turnblocked by TheFlame52.

The mod itself has its own thread which you can check out for details. The High Lord Threadromancers and Necrothreaders are merely the first and most visible feature of the mod.

Currently this iteration of Necrothreat is a mess lore-wise, while the first one was your run of the mill succession fortress with a bit of flavor (it even has a PDF file for easier reading), however the second one was very lore-heavy and included a lot of reading and a lot more poetry.

The embark itself doesn't need to be evil, really. Only that it's near a necrothreader's tower for maximum suffering.

My Necrothreat looks like shit. I downloaded NAV's save and everything is rainbow-colored garbage, I can't tell what anything is and the symbols are all wrong >_<

Still, even though there were like 1000 demons and zombies I could still get around 30FPS for some reason. Since I must have missed it, can someone explain to me why you guys dug into the HFS in the first place? :p

TheFlame52 disliked zombies, and made a deal with the devil. Much like Tuftedstockades, the devil was happy with this new arrangement and started a family, bringing in the new fad of surface metropolitanization in hell.

Or someone released HFS so that the demons could fight a necrothreader siege, which did work but also backfire. I believe that is in fact what happened.

I think the save raws are set for Phoebus. In fact, I know it is, cos it works. I suggest we don't touch the raws else we break something.
