Wurm Online
« on: October 25, 2007, 03:02:00 pm »

There was talk about making an underground fortress in Wurm Online in the glory of Dwarf Fortress, Toady, and Armok. I already saw some of our guys in, so let's get organised.

I'm still very much a newbie and am grinding my pottery and woodcarving skills in order to get money for tools, but my ambition is to become the greatest digger (or, well, the greatest digger I can become with a free account).

Anyone else having found a favourite skillset they want to use? Specialisation helps...

I'm not good myself. That, & I have to turn off all settings just to even move. I'll figure something out, though.

I guess i'll join as a cook.

This isn't DF, so it doesn't belong in DF General Discussion.  Sorry; you should probably move back to the other thread in 'Other Games'!   :p

Ah. Sorry. Put it here because this is where the original discussion was.

I tried this game about a year ago and got bored pretty fast.  Seemed like a good idea, but the game really seemed in an alpha stage, not even beta.  All you could do was make roads, dig tunnels, and build a single sort of pointless shack.  Oh and wooden or stone city-wall type deals and wierd statue-generating tower things.
