(( Nope I'm good until I can get my hands on some parts, is my set of 3 crossbows ok? 2 mini ones for poison darts attached to my wrists and one larger assault crossbow for incendiary and explosive bolts.

Game Start!

One extra piece of gear for everyone! A Siphon! Its a pouch that stores and cools water. You'll have to fill it every once in a while, especially if you're walking everyplace in the scorching desert. You can obtain items, equipment, and even upgraded Siphons that will enable you to extend the period of time that you can go without a refill, which will seriously boost your travel capabilities! To refill, simply place your right thumb in a water source. The nipple that you drink from is located on the knuckle, also draws the liquids themselves into the pouch. As such, Siphons are not exclusively used for storing drinking water. Some criminals even draw Kro or other poisons into people's Siphons in order to kill them! How awful!


TCM - Madeline
You were travelling through the Tungusli Ice Plains when you discovered a bandit camp and decided to raid the place for water, knowing you were running low. You're currently hiding behind a tanker truck with unknown contents near the centre of the camp and watching a man stand guard in front of the supply dugout. You've only got a few seconds before his friend returns to move the vehicle, and you know you can't stay here.

Caellath - Theodore
You're a short way from the outskirts of the merchant city of Hasta in Hinkis. It looks like there's some commotion going on just on the outskirts of town, near the watering hole at the mouth of the famous Titan Gates. The sun beats down upon your shadowy figure, and your body is throbbing painfully from exposure to the intense heat. You make to have a drink, and thats when you realise your Siphon is completely empty. Its only a mile to the watering hole, but you're not sure if you can make it even that far before collapsing.

OREOSOME - Anna
Its nearly nightfall, and you've spotted several individuals walking perpendicular to the direction you're facing. You're currently lying atop a dune several miles away from them and watching them trudge through the blackness towards Swasta's border. They don't seem to have spotted you.

You're aiming your Assault Crossbow at the man in front of you, who is doing likewise with his own. A small sheet of wrinkled paper with a likeness of the mans face and the words "100 Wati, Dead or Alive" printed on it hangs halfway out the front of your leather hardened trousers. His left foot shifts slightly, digging his heel further into the sand, and you see his arms pull the crossbow tighter against his shoulder.

Firelordsky - Hirt
You were on your way to your hideout in Jove when a Rider with five Bandits hanging from the armoured chassis rolls up and blocks your path. One of them points his rifle at you and demands tribute for the Bandit Lord before bursting out laughing and firing several shots at your feet. The driver gets out, leaving the door open as he does so and falls to his knees, vomiting into the hot sand. The remaining three spill out the back and stagger away towards the nearest dune. They all seem fairly drunk. The man with the rifle repeats his order and fires another shot. This one passes right by your ear.

CrimsonEon - Yureig
The Swastian man swears and immediately regrets doing so. Sweat runs down his brow and drips from his chin, his massive arm bulges as he struggles against your iron grip. A smile spreads across your likewise soaked face and you grunt through gritted teeth as you struggle for ground. So far the match is fairly even, and a small crowd has even gathered around the two huge men at their table to see which of the giants will come out on top.

Jatha - Makos
You awake with a start at the sound of metal scraping on dirt, and peer down from the rafters where you are perched. Two men walk into the workshop and sit down at one of the benches. You recognise one, the old man who owns the armoury in town. The other is someone you haven't seen before, and you think its safe to assume that he is a client of some sort. They're talking quite softly and you can't hear what they're saying even from here. You curse your rotten luck. You've been waiting two days to listen in on this conversation, and its taken almost two months of planning and all of your funds just to set up the heist itself. You can't let it go to waste.

Yoink - Tapras
The walls of the canyon jut out across the chasm, and you continue to sidle across the precarious ledge at the urging of your companions, who are moving along with you on either side. They number fourteen total, and you've been journeying with them for days trying to reach Swastia. This trail was chosen unanimously by the party for being rumoured the swiftest route through the Golga Mountains, and you find yourself and the others now wishing you had taken the long way around. The man in front of you stops to catch his breath, and you do likewise, having no other choice in the matter. You see a dull flash from across the canyon, and a few seconds later one of your member pitches forward and plummets into the canyon.

Was that a shot?! Tapras gritted his teeth in consternation, stifling his panic and scanning the opposite ridge. He made a silent prayer to Ad-Shimi and touched the reassuring weight of the rifle on his back as he spoke to his comapnions.
"Oh-oh, that looked like a shot. We're sitting geese out here! Quickly, keep moving or we'll all die."

>Keep sidling along, quickly-yet-safely, until I reach a spot wide and flat enough to get down prone.

>Then ready my rifle and work out who the hell is shooting at us.

Yureig barely manages to clear his throat under the intense duress, long enough to spit out one more taunt "Come on, are those muscles or did you just pile sand into some bags and strap-" He barely manages to maintain his grip under a resurgence of his opponent's strength. Great, Yurieg smiled under his breath, he might burn himself out soon.

Yureig allowed a couple seconds before pulling his strength to Down the Swastian.

((Yay, life's not immediately in danger on turn one... I think.))

As Yureig struggles, a woman in green from the crowd begins to speak.

"Break the sinew, sunder and rise! The two Titans struggle o'er the one true prize.
I place 5 Wati on the Ghost in Dust-honor like a mountain, a mighty trust
Fare thee well, those who would do him harm, for he who defies evil has strength more than his arm.

So who shall cast their lot with me? Shall you be as true men as he, fearless and free?"

A small pool begins to form in the crowd. Most bets seem to favor Yureig...and the cheers increase for him alone.

Attempt to negotiate, brace myself slightly ready to dive out of his way and fire my own weapon if he attempts to fire.
"Surrender now, I guarantee you that a few years in a cell is better then eternity in a hole in the ground, drop the weapon or I will put you down, your worth just as much dead as alive, what did you do that got a 100 wati price put on your head?"
