Whats wrong with my beautiful syndrome?
« on: November 06, 2012, 04:41:40 pm »

I have relatively recently started dabbling in modding the RAW files. I am currently trying to create an insanely lethal syndrome but it just dosn't seem to take. The delivery works just fine and the syndrome shows up on the creatures description after injection, but for some reason the actual effects of the syndrome fails to manifest.

[SYN_NAME:primordial sting]
         [SYN_AFFECTED_CLASS:GENERAL_POISON]
         [SYN_IMMUNE_CREATURE:primordial]
         [SYN_INJECTED]
         [CE_NECROSIS:SEV:1000:PROB:100:BP:BY_TYPE:SKIN:ALL:BP:BY_TYPE:MUSCLE:ALL:BY_TYPE:FAT:ALL:START:5:PEAK:100:END:150]

Why dosn't this reduce the injected creature to a rotting mess before it hits the ground? Any help appreciated  :)

You should have BP:BY_CATEGORY:ALL:SKIN (or MUSCLE, or FAT) instead. Right now you are targeting all the tissues on a nonexistant "SKIN" type bodypart, not the skin on all body parts.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!
